We want all learners to have a positive experience on Cosmiclatte Learning Hub. However, we also maintain a clear and transparent refund structure to ensure fairness for both learners and instructors.
1. Refund Window
Refunds are available only within 2 days (48 hours) of course purchase.
After 2 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Criteria
A refund within the 2‑day window will be considered only if:
Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.
No downloadable materials (PDFs, assignments, source code, etc.) have been accessed.
No certificate (if applicable) has been issued.
If any of the above conditions are violated, the purchase becomes non‑refundable even within the refund window.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at: support@cosmiclatteindia.in
Include your: Full name, Registered email, Order ID, Course name, Reason for request
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
Payments made after the 2‑day window
Courses where significant content has been accessed
Live session fees, workshop fees, cohort programs unless otherwise specified
Discounted or promotional purchases (as per specific offer terms)
6. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
Your access to the course will be removed immediately.
Any downloaded or copied materials must be deleted.
